Treehuggers Bracelets has a nature first approach to the way we do things.

We create our bracelet collection out of 100% natural, recycled or reclaimed materials. Our products are made at local workshops in 3 different countries. 

Your order may be shipped from our warehouses in the USA, China or India.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our concept is simple. We create bracelets that plant trees! For every item purchased in our store we plant one tree in regions all over the globe. So far we have planted trees in the Brazilian Amazon, the US, Germany, Russia and Australia. Please visit the Why Trees? section of our site for more information.

WHEN WILL MY TREES BE PLANTED?

The time it takes to plant your tree depends on the region of planting and on the season. Our planting partners do most planting during the rainy seasons, when the soil and surrounding weather provide optimal growth conditions. 

HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY TREES ARE BEING PLANTED?

After you complete your purchase we will send you a confirmation email thanking you for your support. We also update our social media accounts regularly with photos and information about recent planting events, whenever a planting session is taking place. As we are a new store, we urge you to stick with us and follow up, our planting partners have received initial funds and will start planting soon. 

WHAT TYPE OF TREES DO YOU PLANT?

Our partners only plant trees that are 100% indigenous. To ensure diversity and prevent one species from taking over an entire eco-system, several local varieties are planted at one location.

HOW DOES THE ACTUAL TREE PLANTING PROCESS WORK?

We pool donations for each project and send funds to our reforestation partners at the end of each calendar month. Depending on the planting location, our partners choose the best species to be planted in order to achieve a high rate of tree survival. Once all trees are in the ground we update on our progress and impact!
